Anger drill pipe adopts single or double spiral blades, which are prestressed and wound,
and then welded automatically. The drill pipe body is made of alloy steel pipe for geological
drilling, and the drill pipe joint is made of alloy structural steel, which is made by high-pressureforming, vacuum conditioning, and friction welding. It has the characteristics of high bending
strength, firm welding, and high slag removal efficiency. It has improved fatigue resistance and
shear strength.
High blade spiral flight applies to long hole drilling of above medium hard formation, low blade spiral applies to soft geological condition, soft coal seam and gas exhausting, it has features of high efficiency discharge, high rate to drill hole,no frequent getting stuck.
The auger drill pipe adopts the Chinese standard 42mm 50mm 60mm geological drill pipe as the rod body, and the outer diameter of the blade can be made according to customer needs. The commonly used blade outer diameter is generally 110mm 130mm 150mm 180mm, and the front end of the drill pipe is equipped with a three-wing alloy drill bit.
